Organization of the dive trips - Playa del Carmen Please be at the dive center at 08:30 am to have time to get ready, check that nothing is missing in your equipment and listen to the explanations about the dive, before the boat leaves. During that time, the staff will prepare the boat and carry the cylinders and equipments on board. After your first dive, you will have a short stop on the surface on a white sand beach, where you will be offered water and cookies, before we leave again for the second dive. Return at the center is scheduled around 12:30. |

Cozumel Since we depend on the ferry schedule to go to Cozumel, departure from the dive center varies from 7:30 to 8:15 am, depending on the season. Once in Cozumel, the dive boat will be waiting for us. The first dive is one of Cozumel famous walls. The second dive is on a shallower reef, teeming with marine life, after a short stop on the surface to relax and drink something. We return to Playa between 4 and 5 pm. |
Cenotes We meet at 8 am at the dive center to drive to the dive site, we check that nothing is missing and drive to the Yucatan jungle to discover the famous sinkholes. This trip includes two different 45-minute dives. On the way back we stop for a quick lunch before returning to the dive center around 2 pm. |

Wreck diving Phocea offers a new trip to north of Playa del Carmen, to dive on the wreck of a military ship sunken over 10 years ago, to create an artificial reef and be used as a dive site. The wreck is in a very good state of conservation and very well solidified. We are sure to see beautiful spotted eagle rays. This trip is in the morning, from 8 am. Since we do two dives on this wreck, only Nitrox divers can take part. Phocea can offer a special promotion for Nitrox and wreck dive, since this is a really beautiful site to explore for wreck lovers. |
